Delete your TrustPick account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or here.
Fastest: delete in the app
- Open TrustPick and sign in to the account.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.
No longer have the app? Request deletion
Tell us which account to delete. We'll delete it and its data within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your TrustPick account and sign-in (Google or phone)
- Allergen, diet and household settings
- Scan history, including saved scan photos
- Favorites
- Support messages linked to your account
- Your subscription customer record with our payments provider (RevenueCat)
What we keep
- Products you added to the TrustPick catalogue stay available to everyone, but with nothing linking them to you.
- Short-lived anti-abuse counters expire on their own within a few hours.
- Product reports sent without signing in aren't linked to an account. Ask us in the form above if you want one removed.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a TrustPick Plus subscription. Billing is handled by Google Play or the App Store, so cancel it there first: Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions.
